Building A Successful Internet Business

Everyone wants to have a successful business so that they can work less and make more money. The two may seem to be mutually exclusive at first but upon closer observation, one will note that that can actually be the case depending on what your goals are.

If your goal is only to make more money, then you could find yourself in the perpetual chase of money and therefore not able to enjoy the fruits of you labor. If however, your goal is to have more time to enjoy the money that you do make, then that goal can be realized with careful planning and thoughtful execution.

The idea here is to start with your end in mind. Decide what it is that you want from a business before you even begin to think about what type of business you want start. Let me give you an example: If you decide that you want a business where you simply get to do what you love to do, then the choices are wider and more varied because the amount of work you put into the business may not be important to you. If however, you decide that you want a business because you would like more time to spend with your family and friends, then your thought process needs to be more careful because your options are somewhat smaller.

A brick and mortar business does not give you the flexibility that you may desire if freedom of time is your goal, but it may be great if you love to cook and would like to open a restaurant (by the way, that is one of the last businesses I would recommend thinking about). Compare that to an Internet business where you have the flexibilty of working whenever and wherever you want - you are only bound by a connection to the Internet and that gets less and less restrictive everyday - you could literally lie on a beach and work, provided you have a wireless Internet connection.

By now, you can see where this is going - I'm obviously a big proponent of building a business on the Internet. The advantages of doing so are huge and I can't think of any disadvantages.I have been thinking about building an Internet business for some time now and I have finally decided that now is the right time to do it because I have found the right business caoch in Alex Jeffreys. I have been a part f his coaching program now for a few weeks and so far it has far exceeded my expectations. This is not the first coaching program that I have been a part of but I must say that he is the first person that I have seen that is willing to spend as much time as he does with his students. His calls are running an average of five hours. As the coaching program continues, I will update this page to reflect the progress that I'm sure to make.
